Knitting Section

The knitting section is equipped with advanced knitting machinery capable of producing high-quality fabrics efficiently.

Lab Unit

The laboratory is an independent department that plays a vital role in maintaining quality standards throughout every production phase, especially in the dyeing process.

Dyeing Section

Our ultramodern dyeing facility consists of world-class machinery from FONG'S (Hong Kong), PMM (Turkey) and TONG GANG (Taiwan), ensuring superior dyeing quality and consistency.

• Total Dyeing Capacity: 40 Tons/Day.

At Ibrahim Knit Garments (Pvt.) Ltd., our sample section brings your designs to life. Our skilled team creates fast, accurate prototypes that ensure perfect fit and quality. We make sure every detail is correct before mass production begins.

Cutting Section

The cutting section is the first stage of garment production where fabrics are cut according to approved patterns and specifications.

• Cutting Division: 2 Units.
• Cutting Capacity: 220,000 pcs/day.

Printing Section

We are capable of producing various printing techniques including flock, discharge, emboss, heat transfer, stone and stud applications, along with many specialized printing methods.

• Chest Print Capacity: 60,000 pcs/day.
• Neck Print Capacity: 200,000 pcs/day.

Sewing Section

The sewing section is the second stage of production. It consists of sewing operations followed by buttonhole and button attaching processes to complete garment assembly.

• Sewing Machines: 1280 Units (Pegasus, Juki, Brother, Siruba).
• Sewing Lines: 70.

Finishing Section

At this stage products go through various processes such as thread trimming, folding, hanger attachment and poly bag packing. The finishing section is equipped with steam presses and vacuum tables.

• Our Finishing Section has 2 Units.
• Finishing Capacity: 200,000 pcs/day.

Embroidery Section
